- Personalized planning follows, including your event design and final details.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event; you may pay in full earlier.

Ask to see a reusable Basic or Creative design example with your quote. Your custom event artwork is developed during planning unless separately agreed.
Package and planning details
Packages cover 2–5 hours, plus applicable tax. Local travel includes up to 50 round-trip road miles from our business location in Garfield Heights, Ohio; farther travel and more than 5 hours are quoted separately. Digital sharing is included. Standard props are included for Studio and Legacy; 360 props are an optional +$40 upgrade. Delivery options are confirmed during planning.
Legacy: choose one print format for your event: 2×6 strips or 4×6 prints, with unlimited printing during booked coverage. Studio Basic: one coordinated event design adapted to both print sizes; guest format choice depends on successful mixed-format testing. Studio Creative Upgrade +$99: two design styles, motion captures, optional effects, matching digital graphics and a personalized welcome screen. Available features are confirmed after testing. Detailed design and attire preferences are collected during planning.
Optional upgrades: theme-matched props +$40 for Studio or Legacy, greenery backdrop wall +$75 and outdoor tent setup +$75.
Premium Photo Guestbook — $125. For print booth events: a boxed keepsake album with an event-personalized cover insert, duplicate photo prints, space for handwritten guest messages and attendant assistance. Album format is matched to your selected print layout. Choose one album format during planning: 2×6 strips, landscape 4×6 or portrait 4×6.
