When you contact us or request a quote, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, event date, venue and service preferences. Please share only information needed to plan your event.

How we use it

We use this information to prepare quotes, communicate with you, manage bookings and provide your selected services. If you subscribe to marketing emails, we may also send booth news and offers. A quote request does not by itself subscribe you to marketing emails.

Services we use

We use Squarespace to host this website, HoneyBook for inquiries and booking communication, and Mailchimp for email marketing. Information may be processed by these services as part of those activities. Their privacy policies explain how they handle information: Squarespace, HoneyBook and Mailchimp.

Website and email activity

Squarespace and connected services may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website and understand visits. Where enabled, Meta Pixel helps measure website activity and advertising effectiveness. Marketing emails may record opens and link clicks.
