GoodVibez offers Studio Print Booth, Legacy Print Booth and the 360 Experience for Cleveland and Northeast Ohio celebrations, company gatherings and community events.
Every experience has a two-hour minimum. The rates below show booth coverage and the listed package inclusions. Local travel up to 50 round-trip road miles from our business location in Garfield Heights, Ohio is included. Your final quote confirms availability, selected enhancements, applicable sales tax, any additional travel charges and the total for your event.

Studio Print Booth: portraits and keepsakes
Our signature experience brings studio-lit portraits and printed memories to your event.
Choose 2, 3, 4 or 5 hours of coverage. Prices below are plus applicable sales tax.
Two hours: $549

Studio Basic includes unlimited printing during booked coverage, one coordinated event design adapted to 2×6 strips and 4×6 prints, a standard backdrop, standard props, an attendant and local travel. Guests can choose their print size before capture once mixed-format testing passes. Digital sharing includes text, email, QR code and AirDrop for compatible Apple devices; delivery depends on the event connection and guest devices. Studio base rental prices remain unchanged.
Studio is targeting mid-to-late October 2026, subject to final setup and testing. Earlier dates require individual confirmation.

Legacy Print Booth: Digital + Print Package
Printed keepsakes. Photos ready to share. Choose one complete Legacy package, then add any optional extras that fit your event.
Two hours: $400
Three hours: $575

Plus applicable sales tax. Each package includes unlimited prints during booked coverage, a custom photo template, digital sharing, a backdrop, an attendant and local travel up to 50 round-trip road miles from our business location in Garfield Heights, Ohio.
Standard props and text/email sharing are included. Digital sharing can be enabled or declined at the same package price. Coverage over five hours and farther travel are quoted separately. Optional upgrades include theme-matched props (+$40), a greenery wall (+$75) and Premium Photo Guestbook ($125).

360 Experience: put your guests in motion

Build the experience around your event
Start with your booth and coverage, then choose the extras that fit your event. Your quote confirms availability, selected options, applicable tax and the total.
Studio Creative Upgrade +$99. Add two distinct design styles, each adapted to 2×6 strips and 4×6 prints; GIFs, Boomerangs and short videos; optional face effects with an effect-free choice; matching digital graphics; and one personalized welcome-screen design with coordinated colors and one revision round. Print size is the size of the keepsake; design style is its look. Mixed-format printing and Creative features are subject to final setup and testing. Available modes are confirmed in your quote.
Standard props are included with Studio and Legacy. Theme-matched props are +$40; 360 props are optional at +$40. A premium greenery wall is +$75, and outdoor tent setup is +$75 for an approved outdoor setup.
Premium Photo Guestbook — $125. A boxed keepsake album with an event-personalized cover insert, duplicate photo prints, space for handwritten guest messages, and attendant assistance. Album format is matched to your selected print layout. Choose one album format during planning: 2×6 strips, landscape 4×6, or portrait 4×6.
Company and community events can use the same Studio base rental rates. A supplied logo or event text can be placed in the included event design. The Creative Upgrade above includes one personalized welcome-screen design and its stated creative features. Other branding and production work is scoped separately. For brand activations, we confirm the included features in your individual quote; existing quoted inclusions remain as agreed.
